Company Background

This company was built in 1986 with starting capital about Rm10, 000. In the early, this company was named as Delima Food Industries. Later, for commercial concern this company have change their name from Delima Food Industries to Yearn Food Products in 1990 and was registered as the wholly owned company in 1992

Yearn Food Products is operated under the Company Act started from 26 February 1992.started with rm40,000 as capital, Yearn Food Products has successfully increase the productivity and the capital also increase to Rm100,000 in 1999 and the capital keep increasing from day to day until reached rm702,900 in 2002.

As the early stage of the company, Yearn Food Products have been involved in the repackaging and distribute the products to retailer in Alor Setar. The products line are “keropok lekor”, “keropok kering”, junk food, cooking oil, spices, onion, potatoes and others. The production was produced at the owner’s residence situated at Jalan Putra, Alor Setar, Kedah.

As time fly by, Yearn Food Product has improved and has diversified the experience, knowledge, technical, and by chances that exists to expand and achieve company’s mission.

Finally, in 1996 Yearn Food Products has transform their product line to processing and produce carbonated soft drinks product. The company is producing carbonated soft drinks with varieties of flavor which are cream soda, Sarsi, orange, strawberry, pineapple and lychee and branding under Rassa brand and commercialese using glass bottle and plastic bottle.
